Jay Komiljonov

CEO of Win to Win (W2W) — a 25-person IT studio in Tashkent · IT Coordination Lead at Home Alliance (US home-services group) · AI-first operator

5+ years across tech, education and business. I build and run delivery organisations: founded and scaled a 25-person software studio, coordinate the IT function of a US home-services group, and put AI automation into real production workflows — not slide decks. Comfortable owning the full chain: sales conversation → BA spec → engineering team → shipped product → support.

CEO & Founder

Win to Win (W2W) — Tashkent · IT Park resident · w2w.uz

Founded and run a white-label software studio serving agencies, founders and ops teams in Uzbekistan, CIS and the US.

  • Grew the team to 25 engineers, designers and PMs; C-level structure with COO and CTO, weekly operating rhythm, daily reporting discipline.
  • 30+ shipped engagements across banking, education, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, ERP and real estate — including Hamkor Bank, Oxus University, 1FIT, AIRNET.
  • Own pricing and sales end-to-end: $1,500 pilot → $3,200/mo retainers → $20K–$100K custom builds; personally close and scope every major contract.
  • Delivery stack: WordPress/Shopify/Webflow, React/Next.js + Postgres, custom CRM/ERP and Odoo, Python + LLM automation (OpenAI / Anthropic), BA documentation.

IT Coordination Lead

Home Alliance — Los Angeles, US (remote)

Coordinate the IT team of a US home-services group with 40+ operations staff — internal automation, CRM/ERP integrations, and the engineering pipeline behind US service operations. Report to the CEO.

  • Collapsed a six-hour daily compliance audit to ~90 seconds with an AI review pipeline.
  • Shipped a four-model LLM ensemble used by operations directors for decision support.
  • Wrote the BA specification for a freight/trucking CRM that engineers built from directly.
  • Introduced company-wide daily reporting and a developer productivity index across the ~10-person dev team; run weekly IT strategy sessions with C-level.
  • Drive org-wide AI adoption: internal LLM tooling standardisation and automation of recurring ops workflows.
BEFORE W2W

Founder — IT Education

MR IT → MIT Academy — Tashkent
  • Founded two IT academies, trained 100+ students in programming and IT skills.
  • Rebranded and scaled into a multi-language e-learning platform; the academy alumni network seeded W2W's first hires and clients.

What I'm strong at

AI · AUTOMATION

LLM integrations in production (OpenAI, Anthropic), agentic workflows, n8n/Make orchestration, AI-assisted ops — measured by hours saved, not demos.

DELIVERY LEADERSHIP

Running 10–25 person engineering teams: scoping, BA specs, sprint discipline, daily reporting, KPI/productivity systems, C-level communication.

FULL-CYCLE SALES → SHIP

From cold outreach and proposal to signed contract, spec, build and hand-off. Own the number, not just the process.

WEB & SOFTWARE

WordPress / Shopify / Webflow, React / Next.js, Python, Postgres, custom CRM/ERP and Odoo — enough depth to review, unblock and call bullshit.
